Josh Brusin

Josh Brusin, is the Founder of Chicago Foodies. His grandfather was a grocer. His mom is known for her fabulous soups. He has fond memories of his father scrambling eggs with a fork until they were little flakes and he's never seen that style of prep again.

He bussed tables in an Italian chain, squeezed oranges in a snazzy grocery and pulled espresso in Milwaukee at the height of their coffee craze.

These days, he sits on the advisory board of the Good Food Festival, speaks to classes at Northwestern, comes up with concepts for the Unique Dinner Series and obsesses over creative strategy like it was a full time job... or is it?
