Happy hour is back in Illinois and despite cooler temps coming our way soon, that doesn’t mean we can’t get out and enjoy some food and drink specials in the city. Across Chicago, restaurants and bars are offering happy hour food and drink specials. Here are a few of the newer deals we’ve seen.

The Hampton Social

The River North hot spot’s popular happy hour now features $89 Magnums of Les Domaniers Ott Rosé, half price pizzas and live acoustic music Monday – Friday from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Flagship

On Fridays, Lakeview’s Flagship features two drink package options available for $25 or $30 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Each includes either well or call drinks, beer, and a food menu item including jumbo wings, a cheeseburger and fries, spicy popcorn shrimp and more.

AC Hotel

The River North hotel offers a complimentary snack and 50% off European-inspired tapas with a cocktail, beer or wine purchase daily from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m inside its second floor AC Lounge.

Carriage House

Head over to Carriage House Tuesday – Friday from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm for $5 Dixies made with muddled citrus, mint and your choice of spirit, as well as $5 glasses of rosé and draft beer with a shot of Old Forester bourbon. During happy hour, a selection of snacks are 50% off including chilled watermelon topped with lime, Tabasco honey, and mint, deviled eggs topped with salmon caviar, and pimento cheese served with Benne Wafers and pepper jelly.

III Forks Prime Steakhouse

III Forks features happy hour specials Monday-Friday from 4-6pm. Specials include $1 oysters, half-priced draft beers and cocktails on tap, in the main dining room and on the rooftop patio.

Nacional 27 and Tallboy Taco

Tallboy Taco and Nacional 27 offer a week-full of happy hour specials as follows:

Mondays, 5 to 7 p.m., $6 margaritas; Tuesdays, 5 to 7 p.m., $5 sangria; Wednesdays, 5 to 7 p.m., $5 glasses of select wines; Thursdays, 5 to 7 p.m., $3 select beers and tallboys; and on Fridays, 4 to 6 p.m., $5 margaritas.

Stick around on Wednesdays for Salsa lessons at 7 p.m. and on Fridays for live Latin music from 6 to 8 p.m. in the lounge.
