Mugaritz is kind of a big deal. It’s described as techno-emotional Spanish cuisine but looks lush and elemental. It’s the current #4 restaurant in the world, last year at #3. Chef Luiz Aduriz heads up Mugaritz in Spain. He’ll be in Chicago at iNG. Food, drinks and discussion with one of the most influential chefs in the world. Hard to pass up. Here’s a look into the Phaidon book. It’s a great time to get it and have it signed. It could have a place next to my Mike Ditka football. But seriously, the food looks otherworldly.
