Drought Aid for Harvest Moon Farms

Harvest Moon Farms, a partner and friend to Chicago Foodies for the past several years, has suffered from this summer’s brutally dry conditions. In response to the drought, Harvest Moon Farms created a series of benefits and promotions that make it easy to support their farm. David Burke’s Primehouse and Nestle Waters have partnered to donate $2 of every bottle of San Pellegrino and Aqua Panna water purchased during August to Harvest Moon Farms

Green Grocer Chicago–A portion of proceeds from August sales, including all Harvest Moon Farms Heirloom Tomato specials, will go to Harvest Moon Farms.

Sheffield’s Bar and Grill–50 percent of proceeds from the Tomato Salad for the month of August go to Harvest Moon Farms.
