This is a neat video about Alinea on their Anniversary from the staff at Next. It really sets the bar even higher for Next. Considering I’m looking forward to a dinner there this weekend, I am kind of re-grading my expectations quite higher. I’m curious to see aufblasbares zelt how well the disciplines from Alinea can be “taught” and how comparably mindblowing the food will be.
