This is exciting.  Big Star, the heralded taco stand, patio, and restaurant known for its rather artistic and addictive takes on traditional taqueria fare, is celebrating Chicago Craft Beer Week with a Three Floyds Brewing tap takeover.  On Tuesday, May 24th, at 6 p.m., Three Floyds will be offered on all Big Star taps, followed by some DJ activity at 8 by the bar's beer directors.

I'll update this post with details on specific beers as the information arrives; but imagine:  Dreadnaught with Tacos Al Pastor; Alpha King with Tacos De Borrego; Pride and Joy with the Tostada De Pollo.  That sounds muy bueno.  Viva Tres Floyds.
