This Saturday is a wonderful excuse to head to the Merch for a Black Tie event focused on Chocolate!

This year includes Cocoa Cuisine, a complete carpa hinchable dinner menu, featuring Bayless, Graham Elliott, Paul Kahan, Jean Joho, Giuseppe Tentori, and many more.
But really? It’ll be hard to save room and the feature is dessert. The “Cocoa Sutra”, a full chocolate bar, edible sculptures, pastry chefs from the Trump, Bleeding Heart, the James, Signature Room, Spago Beverley Hills, NoMi, Boka, the W. The event is pretty over the top… edible body painting & human candy canes.

It’s silly fun and has been every year. Proceeds go to the French Pastry School’s Scholarship Foundation, like you need an extra reason.
