Chef Dan Barber's TED talk – How I Fell in Love with a Fish

Dan Barber is the chef at Blue Hill Farm.  He's another example of a chef who I'd want to tell me what he'd like me to eat. His taste is better than mine and it's not just his palate.  In another great TED talk (lots more coming!), he's referring to the Guadalquivir Marshes.
