Sure it’s over the top. Chef Homaro Cantu’s version of baked Alaska would have to be. Especially when you want to stand out from restaurants like Alinea, Blackbird, MK, etc. at the Gourmet Wine Cellar event last night. So break out the flamethrower! A shot of the final product is after the jump.
