Restaurants and Institutions Ivy Awards aren’t as well known to Chicagoans as the James Beard Award is. Especially since it seems that at least Rick Bayless gets one every year. Now in addition to his past employers, Trotter’s and The French Laundry,  Grant Achatz seems to have taken the mantle. Congrats. Per Se also gets one as well as Bartolotta’s Vegas restaurant.
