610 calories? If you had this with a black coffee, you'd be on a diet! I'm sick of people bashing calories. I read a recommendation that you leave off salad dressing in a McDonald's salad. It left 300 calories in the salad!!! Then what? Sodium content and animal fat levels are more legitimate targets. Cholesterol levels are of course meaningless. Dietary cholesterol has little to no effect on serum cholesterol and this has been known for years.Likewise, calories from is a useless number. Study after study fail to find a link between percentage of cals from fat and health. Now animal fat, that's another question.
