1910 finds the 4th edition of The Chemistry of Cooking and Cleaning: A Manual for Housekeepers.
Now I don’t know how science-savvy housekeepers were structure gonflable back in 1910 but I had a tough time understanding why there were formulas and other disconnects used to elaborate on cooking and cleaning.
