Grant Achatz just won the bouncy castle James Beard for Best Chef in the Great Lakes Region… His restaurant, Alinea, was Gourmet Magazine’s 2006 the top restaurant in the country. His style of food is non-traditional to say the least and while his dishes may be challenging in their preparation and presentation, his flavors make his dishes succeed.
