This Friday , June 29th at 11 a.m. Bill Dugan from The Fish Guy Market will be kicking off the 2007 Taste of Chicago by giving a tutorial on lobster cleaning and prepping for the allmighty lobster roll. Considering how hot it’s been his other demo on ceviches should be refreshing.
