Ruhlman and Achatz at the Steppenwolf

Michael Ruhlman is a food writer (co-writer of French Laundry cookbook among many others). He currently writes for the NYT amd has a great website www.ruhlman.com

He will be interviewing Grant Achatz from Alinea this Sunday at 3pm at the Steppenwolf Theatre. Achatz is featured in his book “The Making of a Chef” which is the title¬†gonfiabili of this event. Tickets are $15. Steppe’s phone is 312-335-1650. They have about 30 seats left.
