Stacy's Pita Chips

One day a mysterious box of pita chips showed up addressed to Stacy. If your name is spelled Stacy you got one too. A co-worker mentioned that sending a box of free product to every single Stacy in America (all 130,000+ of them) was a great idea. The kicker is the little card that allows all of those Stacy's to give the same box to anyone they want. Talk about a ringing endorsement and an immediate awareness campaign. Brilliant marketing and a pretty good product too.

How in the world do you find all the aggregated Stacy's?

I am starting a culinary tour of Sichuan, China this summer/fall. If anyone has any great ideas for how to market that I would be interested too.

this happened to a stacy i work with, too! what a fantastic idea, got some great buzz going - and the chips aren't too bad themselves...

Just heard about these things for the first time last weekend when a friend of mine started working for them. Too funny.

Yes, I was a "Stacy" that received the gift box of these chips. They are absolutely wonderful! I am now addicted to the cinnamon-sugar pita chips. HAVE to have them. Now taking donations for me to buy some more.
